In patch 1.11, there will be 10 new runewords, and more unique equipment that will drop from specific bosses. Skills granted by equipment will not give synergies if the player does not have this skill. As well as overthrowing Diablo, you must also keep "military governor Shan K'ohuo blood Ukraine" (what the!) alive, thus increasing the degree of difficulty.
